All tickets sold are E-Tickets. No tickets are posted, so please input your CORRECT email address when making a purchase. Once purchased, you will receive an email outlining your order with your square barcoded E-Tickets as an attachment for you to print and present at the event. (Note: An example of the ticket you will be emailed will look like this image)

Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Johan Khoury Presents (JKP) may, without prior written notice, invalidate any tickets that are believed to be in breach of these terms and conditions, and no refund, replacement or compensation will be offered.

1. This is an 18+ event.
2. No refunds/exchanges on ticket/s except as required by or specified by the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice. Incorrect purchases are NOT guaranteed a refund and are at the discretion of the promoter.
3. When you make a ticket purchase, you will be emailed your barcoded E-ticket as an attachement.
4. E-Tickets may be re-issued 2 times. This incurs a fee of $3.00 per ticket. E-Ticket re-issues will close 48 hours prior to event start time.
5. Your barcoded E-Ticket which you receive via email as an attachement is your ticket to the event for you to print and present at the gate for scanning and entry. If you are unable to print your barcoded E-Ticket(s) or do not receive your barcoded ticket(s) please send an email with your 5 digit ORDER number to johan@johankhoury.com no later than 48 hours prior to event, alternatively bring the purchaser's photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket to the event entry gate and JKP staff members can then look up your booking from your details.
6. Tickets presented at entry must match the FULL NAME specified in the booking history and you may be asked to present a current matching driver's license, "RTA Proof of Age" card or Passport that matches this information.
7. If you purchase multiple group tickets, you will receive multiple barcoded E-tickets via your nominated email for each member of your group, please print all barcoded E-tickets for each member of your group to gain entry.
8. If you agree to purchase tickets under these conditions, you can then purchase up to 5 tickets using your credit card, multiple transactions by the same customer may be cancelled at the discretion of JKP/promoter.
9. Each ticket attracts a booking fee, which are inclusive of GST. We accept MasterCard, VISA or direct debit.
10. The promoter/venue reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised prices, event times and inclusions without notice. The promoter/venue reserves the right of admission.
11. Should the event be cancelled/rescheduled, JKP will contact and inform customers via the e-newsletter so we recommend you sign up to the newsletter click here JOIN
12. It is a condition of sale that tickets may not be offered for re-sale on 3rd party websites such as Ebay or Gumtree. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is used in breach of these conditions, it may be cancelled without refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
13. If you wish to resell your ticket to another party, email johan@johankhoury.com with your order and ticket details and the name you wish to transfer the ticket to otherwise the ticket may become void if the details do not match our computer system details. This must be done no later than 48 hours prior to event start time. BEWARE OF FAKE TICKETS ON SITES SUCH AS EBAY ETC IF THIS CHANGE HASNT BEEN MADE!
14. JKP provides this service on behalf of the event promoter/venue.
15. All tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars and include gst.
